Our firm’s founder, Harry Satterwhite, has an active civil trial and appellate practice in both federal and state courts. His practice areas include Corporate Law, Limited Liability Companies, Commercial Transactions, Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Estate Planning, Probate, Insurance Law, Municipal Bonds and Securities, Secured Transactions, Governmental Law, Wrongful Death, and Serious Personal Injury.
Harry has served as an elected Bar Commissioner for the Alabama State Bar Association and on the Executive Committee of the Mobile Bar Association. He received a Bachelor’s degree, a Master’s degree, and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Alabama.
Harry and his wife, Aline, have three sons.
Harry is admitted to practice in all the federal and state trial courts of Alabama, Florida and Mississippi, the 11th Circuit and 5th Circuit Courts of Appeal, the U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. Supreme Court.
